Restart Theater Athens invites theater creators from Greece to apply for participation in the 5-day theater camp within the framework of the project "WOMEN interact - Participatory Theater Against the Double Exclusion of Women." The camp will take place between May 25 to 29, 2025, at the Kandia House Hotel near Nafplio. The CAMP participants will include creators from Greece, Poland, and Slovenia, focusing on social change through the inclusion of marginalized voices with theater as both the tool and vehicle for this process.

Through a combination of workshops, discussions, and practical training, the camp will explore how participatory theater can amplify the voices of marginalized groups and individuals affected by social exclusion for various reasons. Participants will be guided by experts from Restart Theater Athens (Greece), Kolektyw Kobietostan (Poland), and Drustvo ZIZ (Slovenia).

Applications are open to actors, directors, theater scholars, theater students, and those studying theater, who are at least 18 years old. Two theater creators from Greece will be selected, regardless of gender, sexual preference, or gender identity, who are committed to social change through theater.

Accommodation, Meals & Program Costs: No cost to selected participants

Selected participants will have to cover only their transportation expenses TO/FROM the Theater Camp. Restart Theater Athens will cover all accommodation (5 nights in a double room) and daily meals for the selected participants. The program's value, over €2,500 per participant, is covered financially by the European co-funding of the WOMEN InterACT two-year project.
